Information for Speakers

If you earned your PhD in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or Mathematics Education between January 2004 and August 2008 , you are invited to present your research at the NAM Granville-Brown-Haynes Session of Presentations by Recent Doctoral Recipients in the Mathematical Sciences at the Joint Mathematics Meeting in Washington, DC, Wednesday January 7, 2009.

The Granville-Brown-Haynes Session addresses the professional development and scholarly productivity of recent doctoral recipients.   

To submit your abstract to NAM and AMS, please go to  http://www.ams.org/cgi-bin/abstracts/abstract.pl, select the Washington  meeting (1046) and the number of authors, and then click on "New Abstract". Follow the instructions and fill in the fields as required (select NAMCP). Deadline for abstract submission is September 16, 2008.
